DataUnmess is an AI-powered dashboard builder that allows users to create interactive charts, KPIs, and dashboards using natural language prompts. The Service may include free and paid features.

3. Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, dashboards, and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate dashboards and chart configurations based on your prompts. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataUnmess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
